• After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Provide your order number, the item/ Items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
• We will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

5. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.
• Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Restocking Fees

• In certain circumstances, a restocking fee of 30% may apply for returned items. This will be communicated to you prior to processing the return.
